Getting Started​

Invite the Bot​

First, invite the bot to your Discord server by clicking the link below:

Access the Dashboard​

Once the bot is in your server, head over to our Dashboard to configure it:

👉 Tickets Dashboard

  • Log in using Discord.
  • The system will detect which servers you have admin rights on, allowing you to manage the bot.
  • Select the server where you added the bot (or invite it to another one if needed).
  • Go to Settings and customize everything to fit your needs!

Creating Your First Ticket Panel​

Now that your server is set up, let’s create a Ticket Panel!

✅ First, create at least one Support Team under the Staff Teams section in the dashboard.
✅ Then, go to Ticket Panels and create your first panel.
✅ Save your settings and hit Send to post the panel in your server.

🎉 That’s it! You’re all set!
